I could've saved money if I just searched the web for "replacement laptop keys" instead of a whole new keyboard.

Lenovo / IBM doesn't sell just individual replacement keys and I broke off the underlyng black and white scissor lift hinge and lost the blue chute spring.
I ordered this keyboard from BrainyDeal and got a used item instead of a new one as listed and it was harder to plug in that everyone said it would be.
When I finally just searched for replacement laptop keys, I found Machina in Chicago that sells most laptop keys for most laptops and for less than $5 a key including shipping.
I DON'T WORK FOR MACHINMA NOR AFILIATED, and there others that offer keys, but it is ashame most manufacturers won't sell individual keys and force an entire keyboard replacement.
Just as bad as being forced to buy a whole new car just to replace one broken window.

Replacement is great!

Ordered this unit to replace my original keyboard on my Lenovo X61 ThinkPad. The previous one was a victim of some sugary fruit cup water courtesy of my son and got some slow moving and sticky keys. This unit arrived within about 10 days from China, customer service responded promptly to my compatibility requests, and it is working well. Easy to install, just Google "replacing Lenovo x61 keyboard" and step by step visuals pop up from the customer support forum on Lenovo's site.

Worked Great, easy install

Works great, easy to install. Just remember to wear an anti-static wrist strap. Old one had a can of Dr Pepper fall off of a desk and land upside down directly on top of the laptop in the backpack. Poured half a can directly into the exhaust fan vent. Great luck, I have.
Keyboard got sticky after that, but this fixed it right up.
